3.Delivery: 20days Ex Factory After Receipt Purchase Order

4.Payment : T/T or Western Union . If the total amount is less than US$5000 should be pay all .
If the total amount is more than US$5000 , Pay 30% Deposit before production , 70% balance paid before shipment .

5.Validity : 60 days

6.Warranty : 1 years on parts from date of invoice,3 additional years on free repair .

7.Notes : LED Arrays are included in Quate

8.Packing : Carton Packing for Shipment included in Quote.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample order needs 2-7 days, 30 days for a 20ft container.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Yes, MOQ will according to different items, please contact us for details.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx . It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: 1. Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.

2. During the guarantee period, we will send spare parts with new order for small quantity, For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation. A very experienced team will always stand-by here for you.
